CREATE is an online membership program including video, audio and printable resources to support the social, emotional, musical, and academic needs of our community. One of the unique aspects of our program is the Member Forum, where members can make requests for future songs and videos based on specific needs. Our team of music therapists will get to work creating content that is truly meaningful for you.
CREATE is for people of all ages and abilities who could benefit from support processing the changes and challenges of social distancing during COVID-19, are engaged in online learning, or want to build their musical skills. We also have a channel with resources to support parents and caregivers during this stressful time.

Songs for Life
This channel focuses on supporting social and emotional needs such as processing big feelings and flexibility.
Songs for Learning
This channel focuses on supporting academics through a creative approach. For example, we have videos on multiplication, fractions and opposites!
Offline Musical Explorations
This channel features printable resources to guide you through musical explorations without screens. Some examples include: The 14 Day Music Challenge, Fill-in-the-Blank Songwriting, and Black-Out Lyric Activities.
Songs for Movin’ and Groovin’
This channel features video and audio resources to promote movement and instrument exploration at home. Some examples include “Move in an Animal Way” and “Scarf Dance.”
Music Education Corner
This channel features videos to support your music skills and education. Some examples include Open Tuning on Guitar, Drum Patterns, and Music History Lessons with Beethoven.
Harmonica Jam
This channel provides an overview of how to play the harmonica and includes backing tracks to jam along to.
Resources for Parents and Caregivers
This channel features video and audio created by our music therapists and a registered yoga instructor to promote relaxation through meditation, breathing, and laughter.
