Who is CREATE for?

Our content is designed for people of all ages and abilities who could benefit from support processing the changes and challenges of social distancing during COVID-19, are engaged in online learning, or want to build their musical skills! We also have a channel with resources to support parents and caregivers during this stressful time.

The video and printable resources in this channel were designed by board-certified music therapists to support kids’ emotionally and academically during this time of social distancing. Our original content is developed to meet specific needs of our community. We have creative songs for everything from processing not being at school to explaining fractions!

This is an especially challenging time for parents and caregivers!  Our board-certified music therapists and registered yoga instructor have collaborated to create a space just for you. The video and audio resources in this channel are designed to guide you through a variety of relaxation and mindfulness exercises to support you, as you work harder than ever to care for those in your life.
